Overview:
Our Leverage partner, a US-based education company, seeks a reliable Virtual Executive Assistant to aid the Founder in managing administrative tasks for their educational programs. Candidates with a background in higher education or awareness of industry dynamics are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Founder, including email management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract potential students.
- Conduct outreach to generate leads and engage with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Prepare and revise documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
- Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and stakeholders promptly and professionally.
- Help organize events, workshops, and informational sessions to promote educational offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional student experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track enrollment, inquiries, and interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in higher education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Native-level fluency in English
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in higher education
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Knowledge of higher education trends and processes is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
