Working as part of our advertising team, you\u2019ll craft video content that aligns with our brand and speaks directly to our audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In this role, you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83c\udfa5 Design compelling video ads that capture our brand\u2019s objectives and resonate with our audience<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83e\udd1d Collaborate closely with the advertising team to integrate creative insights into video strategies<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udcca Work with internal stakeholders to ensure visuals are optimised for high impact<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udcc8 Stay updated on current trends in video ads and apply them to enhance our designs<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83c\udf10 Understand platform-specific ad formats for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u23f1\ufe0f Manage tight deadlines, handling quick turnarounds and multiple projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udca1 Weave storytelling and ad copy seamlessly into videos for maximum engagement<\/p>\n\n\n\n Working Hours \u23f0: This is a full-time role with flexibility outside of core hours (11 AM to 3 PM CST, Monday to Friday).<\/p>\n\n\n\n To excel in this role, you need to have: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 2+ years as a professional video editor specialising in advertising<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 A portfolio showcasing your diverse skills in video ads<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Experience creating videos for Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok platforms<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2705 Background working with U.S.-based e-commerce or DTC companies<\/p>\n\n\n\n Brownie points for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2b50 Knowledge of digital marketing best practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2b50 Skill in storytelling and crafting impactful ad content<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2b50 Experience with ad copy integration<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our ideal candidate is creative, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You\u2019re proactive, driven, and ready to make an impact with your video ad expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s in it for you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udcb8 $2,000 – $3,500 per month, depending on experience*<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u23f0 Full-time, fully remote position<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83c\udfe5 Medical insurance stipend of $75 per month<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udce6 $150 monthly credit for Paleovalley products<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udcc8 Annual review with potential for a salary increase<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83c\udf31 Opportunities for career growth as we expand<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83c\udfd6\ufe0f 20 days PTO + 5 sick days<\/p>\n\n\n\n *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
