We\u2019re looking for an Executive Assistant <\/strong>to help streamline our workload and bring some order to the chaos! \ud83c\udf89 As Megan transitions out of the day-to-day operations to focus on growing the business, she needs someone who can identify areas for delegation and tackle them head-on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s what you\u2019ll be doing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udce7 Email Management: <\/strong>Keep the inbox organized and ensure timely responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udccb Asana Management:<\/strong> Track projects and deadlines, making sure everything runs smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udce6 Shipping & Sample Requests:<\/strong> Coordinate logistics for product samples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udd0d Research<\/strong>: Assist with PR initiatives and affiliate outreach as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udca1 Other Tasks:<\/strong> Help identify areas for delegation and educate us on what more can be done!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Hours<\/strong> \u23f0: This is a full-time role, ideally with some overlap in Eastern Time Zone (Florida) working hours, as our team tends to start early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
