As the Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the timizing the personal and business life of the company’s owner, allowing them to fully focus on growing and expanding the business. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You\u2019ll be the go-to person for our CEO, providing essential support in sales, marketing, and business development. Your role is all about helping streamline CRM management and assisting with day-to-day tasks, enabling our CEO to focus on lead generation and key strategic activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcca CRM Setup and Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Assist in the data entry, selection, setup, and configuration of CRM systems tailored to our agency’s needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and reporting within the CRM to enhance productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Train team members on CRM usage and best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udcc8 Sales & Marketing Support<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Assist the CEO with lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and follow-ups.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conduct market research to support new business development initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      • Manage the CEO\u2019s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Handle email correspondence, filtering and prioritizing messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n


        Working Hours \u23f0: This is a full-time role, ideally with full ET working hours or at least a 5-hour overlap to ensure seamless communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Experience working remotely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, HighLevel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705 Proficient in English, both written and verbal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \u2705 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
